At Damai Primary School, our Social and Therapeutic Horticulture programme aims to nurture mental resilience and strengthen students’ socioemotional well-being. Through purposeful gardening and nature-inspired creative expressions, participants engage in hands-on activities that cultivate focus, patience, and a sense of responsibility. The programme encourages meaningful connections with nature, supporting the development of self-awareness and emotional regulation. Each session provides a supportive space for students to grow emotionally and personally alongside the plants they care for.
