In collaboration with Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, we facilitated a research initiative exploring how structured Urban Care Farming can enhance well-being among seniors aged 50 to 85. The 24-week programme engages participants in purposeful gardening activities that promote light physical movement and mental wellness. Through shared responsibilities in a community garden setting, participants build social connection, resilience, and a sense of purpose. This initiative highlights the therapeutic potential of Urban Care Farming in supporting healthy and active ageing.
