Reunion @ National Museum

As part of the Reunion programme at the National Museum, we curate a series of Social and Therapeutic Horticulture sessions themed around current exhibitions. These sessions offer participants a chance to engage with nature through meaningful, hands-on activities inspired by the museum’s curatorial themes. By drawing connections between plants, culture, and heritage, the programme fosters curiosity and deeper appreciation of the exhibitions. It also provides a restorative experience that encourages participants to reconnect with both nature and the museum in an accessible and engaging way.

Zentosa Wellness Festival 2023

At the Zentosa Wellness Festival 2023, we contributed to the FeelWELL pillar at Fort Siloso with a series of Social and Therapeutic Horticulture sessions and guided nature immersion walks. These sessions offered participants restorative, nature-based experiences that supported mental wellness, self-reflection, and inner calm. From hands-on activities like moss art to guided sensory walks in natural surroundings, the programme encouraged mindfulness, creative engagement, and personal reconnection. The collaboration highlighted the power of nature in fostering emotional well-being and meaningful self-care.
