01

SwedCham

In partnership with the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, we led a green innovation project to revitalise a community garden in Bukit Batok into a sustainable and inclusive community hub. The enhanced space features a restorative corner providing a calm environment for reflection and well-being. Sustainable technologies have been implemented to harvest rainwater and generate off-grid electricity, powering the hydroponics system, lighting, fans, and a smart monitoring setup. This initiative brings together environmental sustainability and community wellness through intentional garden design and innovation.

British American Tobacco

We partnered British American Tobacco (BAT) for a staff retreat designed to promote relaxation, connection, and well-being through nature. The programme featured a guided nature immersion walk, offering participants a chance to slow down and reconnect with the natural environment. This was followed by an indoor gardening session, where staff engaged in hands-on planting activities. The experience created a refreshing and meaningful break that fostered mindfulness, teamwork, and personal renewal.

Micron – Greenhouse partnership

In collaboration with Micron through the Greenhouse partnership, we developed a series of indoor Social and Therapeutic Horticulture sessions focused on indoor gardening and nature-inspired art. The programme was designed to create a calming space where participants could slow down and reconnect with themselves through hands-on engagement with plants and natural materials. Each session encouraged mindfulness, self-reflection, and creative expression within a supportive environment. This initiative brought nature into the workplace as a gentle and effective way to support emotional well-being.
